on two separate beds, riding phone lines
to meet a familiar voice and pictures drawn from memory

we lie in bed as we kiss. i look into his eyes; but i do not know where my future lies. in his hands, i give my fate. in his kisses, i drown all heartaches. naughty or nice? i do not know which to be; i do not know; i do not know. i wish i could answer i do not know all my life. in this way, answers will come. i'm not sure bout myself. i think i'm walking like a living puppet. if you ask me whether it's love or lust, i guess it's somewhere inbetween. if you ask me if it's a need or want, i'm not sure you know. i'm tired of figuring rubbish. so let me sleep and let me be.
