as i stared at her back
... i wanted to ask, will you be my best friend?
i welcome, as well as despise the weariness that's hanging on my eyes and mind now. i know it would put me to deep slumber soon, but i will feel the ache later in the noon. yet i realise that whenever i'm online surfing one might call it rubbish, i feel at ease. i dont have to think of who i should think about next or, hey what do i want. i'm tired of looking out for someone who's similar to you. i'm glad i spend countless hours online without a care, concentrating on something rather than having to entertain an empty mind.
the death gods, they speak of death
like lullabies in the wind
allure, oh tempt those poor souls with dread
the oath they blatantly put off as
a sacrifice of sight, scent and love
these for a stronger sense of will
these for a softer pain and hurt
a strong concoction for the sober
